Your life is only ever as good as your Self-Image
Let me say this in the most honest way I can… You can have the perfect routine. The best diet. The discipline. And still feel like you’re not where you want to be. Trust me, I’ve been there. Doing everything “right” on paper… but not feeling aligned in my life. And that’s when I realized something that changed everything for me, and now for my clients: Your life will never rise above the way you see yourself.
The part most people skip
We love to talk about habits. Morning routines. Discipline. But no one talks about the foundation: Who do you actually believe you are? Because that belief quietly controls everything.
It decides:
what you tolerate
what you go after
how you let people treat you
how you show up when no one is watching
You don’t create your life from your goals. You create it from your identity.
A moment I’ll never forget
There was a time when I kept trying to “fix” things. My body. My energy. My routines. Especially dealing with PCOS and running a healthy snack company… I thought I just needed to try harder. More discipline. More control. More hours. More perfection. But the truth? I didn’t trust myself yet. I didn’t feel fully in control. And deep down, I didn’t fully see myself as that woman. So no matter what I did on the outside… I kept looping back. Same patterns. Same frustration. Until I stopped asking, “What do I need to do?” And started asking, “Who do I need to become?”
What actually shifts your self-image
It’s not one big moment. It’s not a new plan. It’s the small things you repeat daily that quietly tell your mind: this is who I am now.
1. Keep promises to yourself (even the small ones)
If you don’t trust yourself, nothing else works. Self-image is built through evidence. Every time you say, “I’ll do this” and then actually do it, you strengthen your identity. Not perfectly. But consistently.
2. Stop negotiating with yourself
This one is huge. The old version of you asks: “Do I feel like it?” The version of you you respect asks: “What would I do if I fully respected myself right now?” And then you move.
3. Speak to yourself like you’re someone worth becoming
Pay attention to your inner voice. Because if it’s constantly:
rushing you
doubting you
criticizing you
You will never feel grounded. Confidence isn’t loud. It’s calm. It’s the way you guide yourself through your day.
4. Your environment is either confirming or breaking your identity
The people around you. What you consume. The way you spend your time. It all reinforces who you believe you are. You cannot build a strong self-image
in an environment that keeps you small.
5. Alignment over intensity
You don’t need to do more. You need to do what actually aligns with the version of you you want to become. That’s where things start to feel lighter. Clearer. More natural.
The truth no one tells you
You’re not stuck because you’re not capable. You’re stuck because your current identity is not designed for the life you say you want. And that’s not something to judge, it’s something to become aware of. Because once you see it… You can change it.
So if your life right now was a direct reflection of how you see yourself… what would it say? This is the work I do with my clients. Not just changing habits. But shifting identity. Because once you become that person who naturally moves differently… You don’t have to force your life anymore. It starts to fully reflect you.
I wish you all the awareness and guidance. Feel free to ask me any question.
With love,
Louisa
